 | 2009 Cabernet Sauvignon
“Hail to the King” is right on for this amazing 100% Cabernet wine. Aged in French oak, this wine is masterfully crafted, and sourced from one of Texas’s founding fathers of wine. Very approachable now, with fruit and cedar tones, but can be saved for later (we can’t do it!) as it continues to mature.

 | 2010 Franco-Rojo
France meets Spain in our 2010 Franco-Rojo. The two share a border and a passion for wine, and now a bottle. Our Tempranillo is a full-bodied dark wine with hints of spice and dark fruits, while Merlot serves to soften the tannins and provides smooth texture. The wonderful combination compliments a juicy steak, or spicy pasta dish. |
 | 2010 Sweet Rose 2 SILVER MEDAL AWARDS 2011 Lone Star International Wine Competition & 2011 San Francisco International Wine Competition This wonderful wine draws its color from a touch of Ruby Cabernet, and is a “Wow” wine for those that care for a sweeter taste. The perfect wine for those spring and summer days where the sky seems to go on forever. A true refresher that pairs well with life…. it’s that good. |

 | 2010 Viognier
GOLD MEDAL AWARD 2011 Lone Star International Wine Competition BRONZE MEDAL AWARD 2011 San Francisco International Wine Competition Our 2010 Viognier is a delightfully complex, fruit forward wine with hints of honey suckle orange blossom and peachy-nectarine notes. This delicious wine has been fermented in stainless steel to accentuate the fruity nature of this grape. Pairs well with a creamy Havarti, or some tasty fish or fowl. |
 | 2010 Proprietor’s White
This beautiful, easy drinking blend takes the structure provided by Viognier, and rounds the edges with less full bodied white wines. These three varietals grow well in Texas, and pair well as drinking buddies. A real palette pleaser, giving just a hint of residual sugar on the finish, which compliments both fish and fowl. |
