Named for the prominent volcanic formation some 6 miles southeast of the vineyard, Pilot Knob brings a new perspective to wine making in Texas. Perched on a ridge overlooking the beautiful Texas Hill Country, Pilot Knob provides an ambiance that is uniquely Texas, while delivering a wine experience that is unlike any Texas has ever offered.
Pilot Knob Vineyard's Tasting Room and Event Area is now OPEN! Our hours are Thursday - Sunday, Noon - 6 p.m. (Monday, Tuesdays and Wednesdays - By Appointment Only). Come and join us in celebration and to try our award winning wine. Hope to see you soon!!
